AGC! Youth Troupe
We accept applications from youth ages 13 – 18 who are interested in joining the CIRCUS! Youth Troupe. The only requirement is the will to try new things and the
time to commit to rehearsals and performances.
Participants in the circus qualify for Community Service hours and to become paid Camp Counselors during the Summer Day Camp. We also commit time one
Saturday a month and donations to Midnight Run, a program to feed the hungry.
We meet on these dates to make bag lunches.

Big Top Circus Summer Day Camp
Join the circus for the summer! Mini-Camp (ages 5 – 7) and Big Top Camp
(ages 7 – 14) is held at Grace Episcopal Church Nyack during the summer from
9:00 am til 4:00 pm daily. Counselors are AGC! Youth and Master circus arts
professionals who share their skills of juggling, acrobatics, balancing, tightwire and clowning in a seriously fun environment. Each session culminates in a Showcase of Talents for family, friends and the community.

AfterSchool Circus Classes
Every week children and teens have an opportunity to hone their Ground and Aerial Skills with a circus trainer. This is an essential part of training and improving skills on a regular basis.

AGC! Youth Performances
Our 50-minute show includes a Ringmaster plus 10 teen performers in a self-contained program: backdrop, props, sound system and clowns! Fairy tales told
with pantomime and narration, old vaudeville routines, a flea circus, acrobatics and much, much more! We will even tie your event theme into our program!
Call now to book Friday night, Saturday or Sunday shows.

Youth Leadership Workshops
“Life is a Circus: Take Center Ring” Circus skills are used to demonstrate the power of change, trust and collaborative understanding in the ritual we call life.
Our discussion and work centers on our circles of influence, who is inside and outside them. Included is a short course on the Ministry of Silly Walks and Human Pyramids of Understanding; how they work, why we build them and how to build
them with people of diverse talents, abilities and backgrounds. 20 student minimum - workshop is conducted in our facility or yours.

 Family Fun Nights
Any night is a great night to get all the families in your school or congregation together. Make it for Dads & Sons or Moms & Daughters, or for a Literacy Night,
and bring the lessons of circus to everyone. Children benefit greatly when they see their parents ‘acting less than their age.’ Prepare to hold your sides laughing while the dads learn the infamous “Clown Sit”. Use it for a fundraiser! A circus theme is unparalleled as a ‘joy generator’!

CircusArts Curriculum for the Classroom
Our CircusArts Curriculum for the Classroom is tied to the National and NY State Learning Standards for math, the arts and science. Carlo Pellegrini, Artistic Director of AGC!, will conduct an in-service/professional development training with teachers of the fourth-eighth grades, middle and high school. Students learn the principles of balance, motion, gravity, design, physics and much, much more in a fun and memorable way. Students ‘perform their knowledge.’

Build-A-Circus!™
Just what the name says. Ideal for your 4th – 8th graders, middle and senior high school students. One day to two-week residencies can be combined with CircusArts Curriculum for the Classroom and a performance for the whole school in the afternoon and parents in the evening. B-A-C is also available as a three-hour workshop for the whole family on a Saturday as a ‘fun’ or ‘fund’ raiser. Everyone learns a few skills and routines and we put on a show! Great, great fun for everyone. Ringmaster, Clowns, Acrobats, Balancers...
